Owners Jackie Romano and Lea Ann Rattigan insist upon staff friendliness for your comfort from the minute you walk in the door.

Dedicated to continual learning, she has spent her career mastering every facet of the beauty industry through advanced education, hands-on experience, and a genuine love for her craft.

Over the years, Lea Ann discovered that true beauty goes far beyond great hair and makeup. By combining professional beauty services with a healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition, she has seen firsthand how clients can achieve beautiful, lasting results from the inside out. This philosophy has become the foundation of her approach to beauty and wellness.

As a professional makeup artist, Lea Ann enjoys creating custom-blended mineral foundation and powder that perfectly match each client's unique skin tone, helping them achieve a natural, flawless finish. She is also a Nutrition Consultant with a passion for empowering peri-menopausal and menopausal women to navigate life's transitions with confidence. Through personalized guidance, she helps clients turn their wellness goals into practical, sustainable habits that support both their health and their beauty.

Whether she's behind the chair, blending the perfect foundation, or coaching a client on wellness, Lea Ann's mission is the same: to help every person feel confident, radiant, and beautiful—from the inside out.

  For the past 40 years, Jackie has dedicated her career to helping clients feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin through the art and science of electrology. She understands that unwanted hair can be a sensitive concern for many women, and she approaches every client with compassion, professionalism, and care.

  Electrolysis remains the only FDA-recognized method of permanent hair removal, and Jackie is passionate about providing this trusted solution to those seeking lasting results and renewed confidence. Her goal is always the same: to help each client feel at ease, empowered, and free to love the skin they’re in.

In addition to electrology, Jackie is a skilled and experienced manicurist who finds great joy in transforming hands and feet while helping clients feel polished and put together. She loves the simple but powerful moment when a client looks down at their fresh manicure or pedicure and leaves with a renewed sense of confidence and a spring in their step.

As a long-time licensed salon professional, Jackie also brings a trained eye for identifying potential nail concerns and always places her clients’ health and best interests first. Her work blends beauty, care, and attention to detail—ensuring every guest feels both cared for and confident when they leave her chair.

With more than 23 years of experience in the salon industry, Lauryn has built her career around helping clients look and feel their very best. A graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, she began her journey immediately after high school and has been passionate about hair ever since.

Lauryn believes every great style begins with a thoughtful consultation. She takes the time to understand each client's goals, creating hairstyles that are not only beautiful but also easy to recreate and maintain at home. Her attention to detail and commitment to exceeding expectations have earned the trust of clients for more than two decades.

When she's away from the salon, Lauryn enjoys walking her dog, Oliver, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and taking on home improvement projects. Her favorite styling essentials are Bawdy by Jack Winn Pro and
